Photography found me when I was just a teenager, a camera in hand, chasing light and the feeling of capturing something real. I followed that spark to Toronto Metropolitan University, where I earned my BFA in Photography. My creative path has been evolving ever since.

But I’ve always believed in sharing what we learn; so I also pursued teaching, earning my degree from the OISE program at the University of Toronto, specializing in Visual Arts and Communications Technology. Now I get to live in both worlds: documenting love, family, and connection through my lens, and inspiring young creatives to do the same.

In 2020, like many of us, I craved change and stillness at once. I left the fast pace of Toronto for Ottawa and then to Carleton Place, where I’ve fallen in love with small-town magic, visits to the local gallery, and the soft joy of everyday moments.

I photograph people. Couples, families, quiet moments at home, and big celebrations! I genuinely love helping people feel comfortable, beautiful, and seen. My goal is to make sessions feel more like hanging out and less like being “on.” I’ll guide you gently, but mostly I’ll let you just be you.

Whether I’m photographing a family in their backyard, a newlywed kiss under the Perth water tower, or the light in a thoughtfully designed space, I’m always chasing the same thing: authenticity, emotion, and warmth.
